At RegenerAxis we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and its implementing decrees.

What data we collect
- Data you give us directly: name, email address, phone number, program of interest, and the content of your messages, through the contact form, WhatsApp, or the booking of your assessment.
- Booking and payment data: the date and format of your appointment. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details.
- Health data (sensitive data): in the initial assessment and in the eligibility form we may ask about your health in order to guide you safely. Answering these questions is optional, and we only process them with your express authorization and for that purpose.
- Browsing data: pages visited, device type, browser, approximate country or city, and the source of your visit, collected through analytics tools and cookies (see "Cookies and analytics").
What we use it for
- To answer your questions and coordinate your initial assessment.
- To evaluate whether a program is right for you and follow up on your process.
- To send you confirmations and reminders of your appointments.
- To measure and improve how this site works.
- If you authorize it, to measure the effectiveness of our ads and show you relevant information about our programs.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
With providers who help us operate, and only with the data needed for their function: site hosting and security (Cloudflare), scheduling (Cal.com), payments (Wompi), messaging (WhatsApp), analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare Web Analytics) and, if you consent to advertising cookies, ad platforms (Google and Meta). Some of these providers are located outside Colombia, so your data may be transferred to other countries, with the safeguards required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use local storage to remember your language (necessary for the site to work). With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and, when applicable, advertising cookies to measure our campaigns. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the cookie notice and change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Photos, videos, and testimonials
We only publish testimonials, images, or videos of people who have given us their express written authorization for that use. You may withdraw that authorization at any time and we will remove the content from our channels.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site, restricted access to information, and providers that meet recognized security standards. No system is infallible, but we work to protect your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet our legal and accounting obligations and, where applicable, health information custody obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You may know, update, correct, and request deletion of your data, request proof of your authorization, revoke it, learn how your data has been used, and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). To exercise them, write to us at [email protected]. Inquiries are answered within a maximum of 10 business days and complaints within a maximum of 15 business days.
Minors
Our services are intended for people over 18 years of age.
Changes to this policy
If we change it substantially, we will publish it on this page with its new update date.
